$350 for commercial. We handle the funding and disbursement of the deal, start to finish.

POST-CLOSING

All post-closing items — including electronic recording of documents and tracking of mortgage releases.

Pass-through

Secure email to your clients, vendors, and Realtors. Bill it as a pass-through charge on the CDF / HUD-1.
